Practice Overview

MR. BAS A.S. VAN LEEUWEN (LL.M., Esq.) assists clients in using their commercial possibilities to the maximum extent, while at the same time limiting the legal risks to a minimum. The attorney advises on and handles employment issues arising from the relationship between employers and employees. He works for private sector employers (profit and non-profit), public sector employers, public authorities and institutions, and (groups of) private individuals.
